Ride for the Brand

WHY RIDE FOR THE BRAND?

At Top Knot, you’re more than a driver, you’re part of a mission. We built this company to create real opportunity in an industry where good people are often overlooked, underpaid, and overworked. Here, you’ll find a team that values honesty, teamwork, and showing up for one another, no matter the hour or the terrain.

We operate with transparency from the ground up. You’ll always know where you stand, what you’re earning, and what’s expected. We believe in empowering drivers to build a life they’re proud of, not just a schedule they survive. That means more freedom, more earning potential, and a support system that actually has your back.

At Top Knot, we sharpen each other, push each other, and celebrate wins together. You’ll be surrounded by people who take ownership, chase excellence, and live by a standard that’s higher than the industry norm. If you’re built for hard work, driven by purpose, and ready for a company that invests in you, this is where you belong.

What Drivers Ask

What Are the Regulatory Requirements?

At Top Knot, we’re committed to safety and professionalism. Our trucks are registered to haul up to 46,000 pounds, and all drivers are required to have H2S training along with either PEC, One Basin, or OSHA certification. These standards ensure we’re always ready for the demands of the job and the expectations of our clients.

What do the hours look like?

At Top Knot, we don’t guarantee set hours—but our drivers stay busy. Workloads can vary based on demand, but there’s plenty of opportunity for those who are ready to roll when the calls come in. We’re looking for motivated, dependable drivers who are eager to stay active and keep loads moving.

How will i get paid and how often?

At Top Knot, we offer hourly pay for all our drivers, with steady, reliable work based out of Williston. We operate on a net 60 billing cycle, and pay on a bi-monthly schedule—ensuring consistent payouts every two weeks after the initial billing period.

Equipment & Safety Standards?

At Top Knot LLC, all drivers must arrive fully equipped and ready to work safely and efficiently. This includes essential tools, safety gear (FR clothing, boots, hardhat, gloves, glasses, hearing protection, and a 4-gas monitor), roadside equipment, and proper documentation such as registrations, DOT inspections, insurance, and certifications. Being prepared isn’t optional, it’s part of being professional.
